Our goal is to find the best legal solution for you while keeping costs fair and reasonable. We are open and transparent about our fees and charges. Our fees are based on an hourly rate or part thereof. For example, we record the time taken to carry out your work using units to one-tenth of an hour. The rate varies according to the seniority of the lawyer.
In addition to our standard fees, you will also need to pay disbursements. These are items of expenditure incurred which is necessary to progress the matter on which you instructed us. e.g. Court filing fees, search fees, service fees are all examples of disbursements.
